About Me

I am 30 something. I am my husband's wife. I am my children's mom.

I have been married for 14 years. I have a 13 year old son. I have an 11 year old daughter. I have a 1 year old son.

I am primarily a SAHM. I work PT as a registered nurse.

I am very involved in church. I am a youth leader. I am the music leader. I snuggle babies (nursery worker). I coach soccer with the Upward Program.

I am a reader. I am a piano player. I am a wanna be gardner and cook. I am a chicken farmer. I am seeking new ways to be frugal and make good financial decisions.

I am a student of how to navigate the world with the special needs of my child. I am the mother of a 7th grader. I am a homeschooling mom to my 5th grader. I am the mother to a baby. I am a contributing writer at Crosswalk and The Homeschool Post. I am a blogger.

More than anything else I am a child of God. I treasure the personal relationship I have with Him. I am not afraid to tackle the more difficult questions of life. I do not back away from the tough questions of my heart.

In turn, I often share those here with you in hopes of challenging, encouraging and inspiring your own heart and soul at it's very core.
